Monique hails from Southern California and started teaching at KIPP Chicago before moving to San Diego; she taught math at KIPP Adelante before moving into the School Leader role. When she is not working tirelessly for the kids at KIPP Adelante, she is with her husband, two girls, and their dog, Wilson.
